During this evidence-based 5 week virtual program, we will walk through the foundations of building healthy, sustainable dietary habits. The focus will be on what to add to your diet as opposed to what to restrict.
The program is suited to whatever your goals may be, whether it's fat loss or just building healthier habits.
The first 3 weeks will be focused on implementing 3 key pillars: overall diet quality focusing on increasing your fiber intake and upping your fruit and veggie game, targeted protein consumption to fuel you through middle age, and understanding calories and portions.
The final 2 weeks will be all about putting the 3 pillars together, focusing on diet sustainability. We will also bust common diet myths and provide clarity on overall general nutrition.
Registration now closed. Next program begins Summer 2024!

Hi, I'm Andrea and I'll be your coach for this 5 week journey! I am a Certified Nutrition Coach (PN-L1) as well as Certified in the 3 Pillars Method nutrition program. I am dedicated to taking the confusion out of fueling ourselves well. My goal is to help middle aged women build sustainable dietary habits that aren't reliant on quick fixes or are overly restrictive. No cutting out entire food groups or fasting for long hours or days.
Build consistent daily habits to optimize our health so that we can live vibrantly in our 50's, 60's and beyond.
I'm also a mother of 3, juggling the demands of modern life while raising kids. Life is already complicated as it is. Nutrition shouldn't be too.

FAQ
WHAT DOES “BETA” MEAN?
This is the first group coaching program to launch, therefore I am introducing it at a discounted rate and for a very small group of women to test out the format. The knowledge shared will be simple to digest, evidence-based and practical to implement in real life.
IS IT ONLY FOR MIDDLE AGE WOMEN?
Absolutely not. Women of any age can join, as these habits are foundational healthy habits people of any age or sex can incorporate to help improve their overall health. We will touch on why these habits become particularly important during middle age, but overall this program is for any stage of life.
WHAT WILL THE FORMAT BE?
5 weekly scheduled Zoom calls with an information session, and then open it up for Q&A. Calls will alternate between Monday and Wednesday to accommodate different schedules, and will all be recorded. You will have the ability to submit questions in advance if you can't make the call. There will also be a group hub where you can submit questions, struggles and share your wins for same day feedback.
WILL I RECEIVE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING?
While you will receive answers to all your individual questions, you will not receive one-on-one coaching in this group program. I am available for one-on-one coaching outside of the group though.
WHAT WILL THE ACCOUNTABILITY BE?
While you will definitely receive the community and trained support you need to help you implement the knowledge you gain, at the end of the day no one will be checking your food logs or asking you to submit measurements. This program is all about healthy habit formation you can do on your own for life.
I WORK FULL TIME and/or I WILL BE TRAVELING THROUGH PART OF THE PROGRAM. CAN I STILL FIT IT INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
Absolutely. The entire goal I have for you is to be able to feed yourself well no matter how busy you are. Logistically, you will have the ability to re-watch calls and review information on your own time and submit questions whenever needed.
Tired of white knuckling your way through the latest diet, or are so confused with all the conflicting information out there, you just want to give up?
There's a better way. By focusing on the basics of nutrition - a high quality diet, adequate protein, and eating the appropriate amount to fuel your body - you can not only survive, but thrive.
Let's learn how to implement the basic principles of health on a consistent basis, so you can live a vibrant life in your 50's, 60's and beyond.
